    Dr. Glaser founded Aerospace Operations as his commitment to all stakeholders to be the ones that get aerospace done!

  • Todd "BB" Peasley

    COO

    Todd “BB” Peasley is a retired U.S. Naval Aviator with multiple aircraft carrier deployments flying all variants of the FA-18. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School TOPGUN Adversary Course and served two separate tours flying the F-5 E/F/N. Following retirement, BB served as the West Coast Director of Operations for ATAC, in a DoD contract adversary capacity. BB has over 7,600 hours in various tactical and civilian aircraft.

  • Billy Oefelein

    Test & Instructor Pilot

    William “Billy O” Oefelein’s experience spans aerospace. From flying the Space Shuttle, to USN Test Pilot School to TOPGUN to bush flying in Alaska he has done it all. Furthermore, his passion and arguably greatest skill is his ability to pass these experiences to the next generation of aviators. The training that Billy O provides is truly like none other in this world.

  • Mark "Scruff" Scharf

    Ground and Flight Instructor

    Dr. Mark Scharf is a current airline pilot, retired USAF military pilot, and longtime general aviation owner and pilot.  His military experience includes flying both the T-37 and F-16 as instructor and evaluator pilot, and most recently, the F-15 as a fully mission ready pilot until military retirement.  Other noteworthy accomplishments during his military career include attending the USAF Flight Safety/Investigating Officer school, and USAF Safety Board President school. His current work for a major US airline includes qualification in the Boeing 737, 757/767, and 777.  Currently he is a captain and Line Check Pilot on the 737.  Mark owns and instructs in several airplanes, including a Piper Twin Comanche and a Lancair IV-P. 

    Mark’s academic background is equally extensive and his passion for helping others learn extends beyond just flying.  He graduated from USAF Academy, Class of 1983 with a BS in Astronautical Engineering. He earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering with Boston University, a MEd in International Relations, and Master of Aeronautical Science Management Track at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  Mark is currently an Associate Professor of the Practice with a major US Aeronautical University.  In 2015 earned a PhD from NorthCentral University. Mark is also an adjunct instructor at a local community college.
